Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Prices in GBP include 20% VAT tax for the UK, while prices in other currencies exclude UK VAT tax. Delivery method will be calculated and added at the checkout. For the sales outside the UK sales tax and other custom fees vary depending on the destination county.

Cost of Shipping

UK:

Standard: 2-3 business days: £5 (DHL or Royal Mail Tracked 24)

Europe:

Standard: 2-4 business days: depending on location £25 - £35 (DHL)

USA:

Standard: 3-5 business days: £35 (DHL)

Rest of The World:

Standard: 2-4 business days: £40 (DHL)

Delivery Time

If we have not delivered your order within 21 days from the estimated delivery date, excluding international orders, you have the right to cancel your order. If you place an international order, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs.

For security reasons all our shipments require a signature at delivery.

We are not liable for incomplete deliveries whatever the cause, but we will make sure you receive the missing pieces as soon as possible. If we have not delivered the outstanding pieces within 21 days from the estimated delivery date, you are entitled to cancel the outstanding pieces from your order.

UK

We stock our items in the UK. Prices include VAT.

EU

Prices DO NOT include VAT for your country. Please be prepared to pay your destination country’s VAT tax as well as a customs clearance fee to the courier. 

Any parcels refused or returned due to unpaid fees will be subject to a restocking fee of £20, as well as your original shipping fee not being refunded.

Due to current change in the EU legislation the order must be over 150 EUR (app. 130GBP) in value (excluding shipping and VAT). Any item ordered below the value of 150EUR will be cancelled and will not be shipped.

Please only place your order if you are happy to proceed under these terms.

USA

For all orders shipping to a USA address, you can shop with us duty free if your order is under 800 USD (approximately 640 GBP excluding UK VAT).

Australia

For all orders shipping to an Australian address, you can shop with us duty free if your order is under 1000 AUD (approximately 570 GBP excluding UK VAT).

Rest of the world

Your order may be subject to customs duty and/or VAT. Please check with your country’s authorities regarding any applicable charges as these will vary from country to country. For your reference, all our products are of EU and UK origins.

The shipping company will notify you that your online shop order is being held at your country’s customs and that you’ll need to pay duties and other applicable taxes to the local customs agency, and where relevant, request necessary information for customs clearance. There could be a delay in delivering your order if you don’t pay the charges immediately. Paying any customs duty and/or import taxes are your responsibility, and the local authorities will hold your order until you have paid the charges.

Please also bear in mind that there is usually a processing fee that all couriers will charge for customs clearance in addition to any applicable taxes.
